Ashton Grant, Another ECP Success Story, Has Stellar Season for Assumption

After a very productive season in 2015 in which Ashton racked up 965 yards and 11 touchdowns from his wide receiver position, he raised his game another notch in 2016 as he earned First Team All Northeast 10 Conference honors. He was also selected  NE-10  Conference Offensive Player of the Year. His 69 catches and 919 yards gave him an eye opening average of 91.9 yards per game.

He's been a go-to guy since arriving on the scene. As a freshman he was named to the NE-10 All Rookie Team and was also twice named to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll. He was even featured on ESPN's Sports Nation for his touchdown catch in a road game at Division I FCS member Sacred Heart University.

Even greater honors came when the 2016 season ended and Ashton was named  First Team New England Small College and Second Team All East.

There's no question he's given his team a huge offensive lift.
