Looking at the dining hall from another perspective

As a rule, athletes burn more calories than the average person. To maintain peak performance, calories have to be replaced, and energy stores must be fortified. To achieve this, good food, and plenty of it, is available seven days a week, at the Dining Hall.

A sample menu is provided below:

 

Breakfast - Eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, cereals, fruits, muffins, bagels.
Drinks are whole and reduced fat milk and various juices

Lunch - salad bar, various soups and sandwiches, hamburgers, tacos, pasta, potato and rice based dishes, fruits and healthy choice desserts.

Dinner - salad bar, roast beef, steak, chicken served various ways, beef and chicken stew, meatloaf, chicken cutlets, lasagna, pasta, potato and rice based dishes, vegetables, dinner rolls and healthy choice desserts
